- May 18, 2011 Ray and his staff care about their customers. When my father passed away in January, Ray donated to our memorial fund! Can you say that about your local pharmacy chain? No! When my mother had surgery on her leg, Rays helped her get the medical equipment she needed to come home instead of being stuck in a rehab center. Ray and his staff know me and my family by name, not by a rewards card number. More importantly, Ray and his staff pay attention to details with each and every customer. Example, last month I went to get my RX filled, the young man taking my prescription noticed right away that I had been given the wrong dosage by my doctor, a mistake that could have been fatal! Not only did he catch the mistake, but he informed me on how to never let this happen again! Thank you Ray's Pharmacy for your care and continued service! You all are appreciated and your efforts do not go unnoticed!
